busy weekend! right after the puppy party, we went up to Winchester for a bit shopping + a delicious dinner, staid at the hotel for a stress less Sunday morning. unfortunately, the little doggie had other plans... he puked at 5:40 a bit. so we started our morning routine a little earlier. after potty, almost back in the hotel room, puke #2. back in he chocked again, but I could save the floor + we went back outside until it was time for me to get ready for leaving. guess, my boy was a little nervous in this unusual environment.
7:15 measuring from the judge: 21 1/4" (too tall for Europe, but just right for America)
there was only 1 ring on the field turf, so it took 5 hours waiting until our first run started.
course map for the standard run(I was way too nervous to leave + come back). I'm glad that the building was at least air conditioned :)
we really had a blast! his running looked more like a bouncing ball, he wasted quite some energy by being too fast (for me), but I got him back on track each time and he was still happy.

unusual to Sundays, a down on the table was required. I knew he wouldn't do it, but we tried. it's funny, because he does a down everywhere else (pavement, gravel, almost in water ;>) except on there... we have to practice that even harder now. although starting in September, AKC will only require 4 paws on the table, USDAA still a down only! Martin was so kind and made a video. I could see some of my mistakes + a real beautiful A-frame!

therefore the dogwalk was a mess... he came up not in the right angle + jumped off on top.

it looked amazing, like "I can fly". the landing looked like a cat which is arching her back, his front feet were up right after touching the ground to change the direction towards me again. looked amazing!!! + he didn't hurt himself.
then, after another 5 hours (we were able to watch the WM finale meanwhile with a nice German-Dutch girl), our jumpers run finally started.
map for the jumpers with weaves-courseKenzo was much calmer, but we missed the weave-entry again,

some jumps (jumping slows down, who wants that...) + my BIG mistake to actually run after the tunnel towards the 3rd last jump.
but all in all it was FUN
